How It Works
You Submit
Upload 2 photos of your bricks and fill in the project details. Takes around 5 minutes.
We Match
Our specialists identify your brick and find the closest available match from current manufacturers.
We Supply
We'll quote your bricks and arrange delivery direct to site, or available for collection.
Getting the Best Photos
The quality of your photos is the single biggest factor in getting an accurate match. Here's how to get it right:
Overview Shot — ~20 bricks
Stand back and photograph approximately 20 bricks arranged in a 4 × 5 grid. This shows us the colour variation across multiple bricks and the overall texture pattern.
- Include mortar joints in the shot
- Fill the frame with brickwork
- Avoid zooming in too much
Close-up — Single brick detail
Move in close on one brick to capture the surface texture, firing marks and any wire cut or moulded face detail. This helps us narrow down the manufacturer.
- Show the face and any frog or perforations
- Capture any embossed manufacturer marks
- Use portrait orientation if easier
Natural light
Overcast daylight is ideal. Avoid harsh shadows or artificial lighting.
Include a scale
Place a coin or ruler next to a brick to help us determine size.
Clean surface
Brush off any loose dirt to show the true colour and texture.
What to Expect
We'll identify your brick
Using your photos and measurements, our team will research the original brick name and manufacturer. We'll let you know if it's still in production.
We'll suggest the closest alternatives
If your original brick is discontinued, we'll shortlist the best current alternatives in terms of colour, texture and size — including options from Ibstock, Wienerberger, Forterra and more.
We'll quote and supply
Once you're happy with the recommendation, we'll provide a quote for the quantity you need. We can deliver direct to site or have them ready for collection at your nearest branch.
A word on weathering
Even a perfect match may appear slightly brighter than your existing brickwork initially. This is completely normal — bricks weather and blend naturally over weeks and months of exposure. Photographing in natural light and avoiding freshly cleaned bricks gives the most accurate representation of the aged colour.

Mortar colour and joint style have a huge impact on the overall appearance. Even a well-matched brick can look wrong with the wrong mortar. Tell us the mortar colour in the form and we can advise on matching mortar products too.
